Carrie Holle grew up in the Chicago-area. After graduating from Purdue University with a BA in Broadcast Journalism, she moved to Carmel and started her real estate career in 1995. She has served as the Park Tudor Parents’ Association President, a member of the Bridgewater Club Advisory Board, and the host of the television show Indy Home and Design. She has been named a Five Star Agent for the past several years and has achieved more than $200 million in sales. Carrie resides in Carmel with her husband Brian and three sons.
Lori Shanahan grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Pace University, New York. She was a Vice President of an HVAC company in New York for 12 years. After making a pit stop in Las Vegas, she relocated to Carmel in 2010. Lori has served as the Vice President of the PTO, is an active parent at Brebeuf Jesuit, and is a member of the Christamore House Guild. Lori was named as a Rising Star in Indy Top Producer Magazine.
Sheri Gladden joined the real estate industry after a 20 year career in higher education fundraising with Amherst College and Washington University, St. Louis. A graduate of Depauw University, she moved back to Indiana from the East Coast in 1999. A resident of Carmel, Sheri serves on the board of the Christamore House Guild and the Carmel Education Foundation as well as the Women for Riley Children’s Foundation.
Toby Smith grew up in northwest Indiana and graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Biology. Previously a forensic scientist performing DNA, serology, and toxicology analysis, Toby is dedicated to bringing her acute attention to detail and analytical skills to better serve her real estate clientele. An enthusiastic member of the community, Toby resides with her husband, a Fishers police officer, and their two children in Fishers.
Amanda Ryan joined the real estate industry in 2014 after a 10-year career in non-profit marketing and management. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana, in Evansville with a BS in Public Relations and Advertising. In her free time, Amanda helps run an animal rescue, Helping Paws, and walks dogs at Humane Society for Hamilton County. Amanda is a resident of Noblesville and lives there with her husband and three dogs.
April Ozlowski grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics. She has lived in Carmel for the past 20 years and her children attend Carmel Clay schools. Prior to starting her real estate career, April has enjoyed owning 2 successful businesses in Carmel, the Yada Yada Children’s Boutique and Teeter Totter, as well as a 20 plus year career in medical device sales. April is passionate about utilizing her professional sales skills to assist her clients in all of their real estate needs. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and attending sporting events. April resides in Carmel with her husband and three children.
Lisa Kleinke grew up in Zionsville, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University. With 17 years of experience, Lisa has established herself as a successful and knowledgeable real estate consultant. Her diverse range of transaction experience allows Lisa to advise clients in a creative, yet systematic manner. Lisa has served as Chairperson of the Cherry Tree PTO board and resides in Carmel with her husband Todd, sons Max and Henry, and yellow lab, Buddy.
Mindy Nicolet was born and raised in Indiana. She grew up in Zionsville and attended Ball State University. After earning her bachelors of science degree in exercise science she started working in the fitness industry, mainly doing health assessments and personal training. With an athletic background and history of swimming she decided to start competing in local triathlons in her mid 20’s. Since then she has competed twice in the lronman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, five times in the Half lronman World Championships, and recognized All World Athlete by lronman and a USA Triathlon All American the past six years. Mindy’s competitive drive and determination to reach goals gives her the edge as your Realtor!
Susan Ho majored in Science and Nursing at Indiana State University and spent 28 years working for St. Vincent Hospital. She and her husband Paul are longtime resident of Carmel. They have three daughters, two who attend Carmel High School and one in college. They are members of The Garden Community Church on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. She has sponsored many school events with the greatest being the CAT RACE – a 5k walk/run through Village of WestClay in West Clay. Susan has consistently maintained a Top Producer status and Quality Service Awards annually.
